A3 - The Wellness Challenge

This specialty session will define wellness and provide assessment tools that can assist in integrating wellness into your personal and professional life. Wellness is a mind set, a predisposition to adopt a series of key disciplines in your life. Wellness programs promote prevention and fitness through exercise and nutrition; it is a process of developing awareness where there is not an end point.
