An endless stream of headlines bombard the public with news that describe an alarming increase in the incidence of health issues in infants and children, coupled with increases in infertility and preterm births. Research findings consistently support associations with environmental exposures and illness. This presentation will describe the current science behind many of these claims, as well as methods for translating these findings into effective health care interventions which inform patients and families on methods for reducing health risks.
