In today's rapidly changing health delivery system milieu, professional nurses have a tremendous opportunity to be major participants in the change. In order to meet this gola, each one myst pay attention to his/her own professional sense of self: who you are adn where you want to go. This presntation will discuss strategies of creativity that can promote, facilitate, and encourage one's professional motivation and growth. Ideas pertaining to the necessity of fueling one's professional fire and keeping motivated will be discussed.
