  • Submission Description:
    Nurses caring for women in the postpartum period have a unique opportunity to provide their patients with information about preventive sexual and reproductive health care and health promotion. This session will discuss evidence-based resources and tools for decreasing unintended pregnancy, improving women's preventive care, and supporting interconceptional care, incorporating public health guidelines, sexual and reproductive health toolkits, and Affordable Care Act mandates.
