  • Submission Description:
    There are close to 2 million women Veterans nationally and a majority of them receive healthcare outside VA (Veterans Administration) facilities. As more women serve in the military this population will increase. Understanding the healthcare needs of women Veterans is integral to transforming the quality of care. Collaboration with the VA and forming partnerships provides opportunity for nurses to transform health outcomes
