  • Submission Description:
    Recognizing that each birth is unique, our hospital caregivers strive to support each women’s personal birthing choices. By having a hospital based Doula Program, our patients have the confidence that our doulas have gone through a rigorous hiring process, trained on all hospital and policies and procedures, and our staff benefit by having doulas familiar with hospital operations, resulting in increased patient and employee satisfaction.
