  • Outline the incremental steps on the journey to implementing interprofessional collegiality in obstetrical care in a level 3 tertiary care university.
  • Descibe the barrriers and supportive factors in achieving collegiality in inpatient obsetrical care.
  • Describe the changes in culture of safety and team work from inplementation to the present.

  • Submission Description:
    This poster will outline the 10 year journey towards collegiality and interprofessional practice in perinatal care at a level three university site.
