    • Submission Description:
    This presentation will discuss the journey 5 Southern California area hospitals shared in the development of a standardized regional residency program with use of the AWHONN Perinatal Orientation Education Program as a road map. This session will highlight barriers to change, elements of success, strategies for improvement, program outcomes, and recommendations for the successful integration of POEP in a perinatal residency program.
