  • Learner will will identify 3 resources for preparing nurses for certification.
  • Learner will be able to apply the ADKAR change model to increase the certfication rate in a hospital unit.

  • Submission Description:
    A certified nurse is the gold standard of care. We demonstrate as leaders how to engage, inspire and support nurses in obtaining their certification using the ADKAR model.
