Submission Description:
Through unit shared governance, there has been an increased use of and presence of evidence-based practice at the bedside. Through Bayhealth's Women's and Children's Services Joint Practice Committee, nurses work collaboratively to review policies and practices that affect daily work. New ideas are discussed and practices have been implemented based on the work of this committee.
