Regulatory agencies are looking at all areas in a facility where invasive procedures are being performed and expect to see similar standards being implemented. This session will explore how the use of a standardized education program for OB RN circulators improved staff and physician satisfaction and opened interprofessional communication channels. Presenters will share information on validating the need for standardized education, overcoming obstacles encountered along the way, and celebrating the improved outcomes that were realized.
