    Today’s healthcare environment demands nursing leaders who know how to make visions become reality. Nurse leaders serve as role models for exceptional nursing practice, collaborate with other members of the health care team to deliver high quality care, and encourage and mentor other nurses to find innovative ways to improve care. This panel will consist of nurse leaders who will share how they evolved to their current leadership positions.
